What Pace is

Pace is an app for recording and organizing your own money. It works with the transactions, balances, plans, goals, and investments you enter or import, and it keeps them on your device.

What Pace is not

Pace does not give financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any investment. It does not move money, place trades, or connect to your bank. Pace does not know your full financial situation, and nothing in it is a personal recommendation.

Estimates and forecasts

Safe to spend, month-end forecasts, plan progress, goal status, and completion dates are estimates. Pace calculates them from the records, plans, recurring schedules, and assumptions saved in the app. Real income, spending, contributions, and timing can differ. A forecast is not a guarantee.

Investment prices

Investment values and returns use prices you enter or reference prices from third-party services. Automatic prices are end of day or delayed. They are never live and are not suitable for trading. A price can be missing, late, or wrong. Past performance does not predict future results. The app names the source of each automatic price.

Currency rates

Automatic currency conversions use euro reference rates published by the European Central Bank, through Frankfurter. Rates between other currencies are calculated from them. The European Central Bank publishes these rates for information only. Your bank or card provider may use a different rate and charge fees.

Your records

Summaries and forecasts are only as complete as the records in Pace. Missing or incorrect transactions, balances, cost basis, rates, prices, or dates can make them wrong.

Before you act

Check important figures with your bank, card provider, or broker before you act. For a decision that needs financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation.
