Terms of Use

Effective 6 November 2026. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Licence

Your use of Pace is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Pace's licensor is Mal Kazazi, an individual developer, referred to here as "we" or "us". The terms below add to Apple's agreement and do not replace it.

Pace Premium

Pace Premium is sold through the App Store in three ways: Premium Monthly, a subscription that renews every month, Premium Yearly, a subscription that renews every year, and Premium Lifetime, a one-time unlock. Apple takes payment and manages renewals, cancellations and refunds for us. The price and length of each option, in your country's currency, are shown in the app before you buy.

Cancelling within 14 days in the EU, EEA and UK

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can normally cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving Apple's receipt, without giving a reason, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's Media Services Terms set out how this works. A subscription can be cancelled this way after its first purchase. Premium starts as soon as you buy it, so if you asked for it to start straight away and accepted that you lose this right once it has started, as the App Store asks at checkout, the right to cancel may no longer apply.

Financial information

Pace organizes the financial information you give it. It does not give financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees, and prices can be delayed or wrong. Exchange rates can also be delayed or differ from your bank's. Check important figures with your financial institutions before acting. Our financial information page explains this in full.

Your data

Your records are stored on your iPhone and you are responsible for keeping backups. The privacy policy explains what data leaves your iPhone.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms or in Apple's agreement takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, or limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Within those limits, Apple's agreement sets out the warranty and liability terms for Pace. Apple's agreement also says which law applies. If you live in the EU, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland, it is the law and courts of the place you usually live.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
